Simple Peganum Harmala extraction Credits Credits for this extraction go to Jim DeKorne who made this technique public via his book 'Psychedelic Shamanism'. Purpose The purpose of this extraction was to provide a MAO inhibitor from a natural source as clean/pure as possible without using chemicals in order to create pharmahuasca in combination with extracted DMT from another natural source (Mimosa Hostilis). The bio esssay(s) concluding this experiment are aimed in determining (roughly), how much of the body discomforts (if any) are manifest using this alternative compared to traditional Ayahuasca. read on... |

This procedure describes a so called honey tek which can be used to grow stock liquid mycelium culture used to innoculate new growing media. This tek can be uaed to multiply isolated strains grown on agar plates and cloning fresh mushroom flesh by cutting a little piece from the inner flesh and transfer that into the liquid growing medium. This tek is a log/description of my experiments in avoiding contams entering the growing medium. Preparation & materials Empty jars - As apposed to PF Tek, the type of jars used don't really matter as long as they are convenient to work with and have good fitting screw able lids. I used four 350ml jars for this experiment. Bee honey - Any honey should work basically. Plastic bread wrappers - Between the lids and the jars, two layers of plastic are put to avoid airborne contaminants in. Any plastic wrap that can withstand the heat of a pressure cooker should do. Pressure cooker -A simple pressure cooker will do. I got mine for around 20 Euro. A handful of broken glass - Just smash up an old wine glass and have 2 -3 small pieces ready for each jar.
